RTS Unit Defense
Focus on individual unit tactics.
The use of heavy units can be used to absorb heavy fire, but lighter units can be used for raids and scouting. The game systems may or may not support cover, but cover is important for a base. A good base should have cover, but be surrounded by an area with no cover and a fence or other blockade.
A regroup point is vital to being able to regain force. A medic should be kept away from the major battle. Use of formations is discouraged for modern warfare games. HP must be considered. Emplacements and towers should be avoided unless their destruction is necessary. Micro Manage a battle in a RTS game. Keep producing workers.
