To get an NLP certification you must either ask on irc, or send an email to the site admins. The test will be that you must discuss the basics of NLP with an Admin or channel OP on IRC. If you do not succeed do not be discouraged. There is plenty of people and content on this site to help you to become skilled in NLP.
